From Southfield, Mi Terrence is the Founder and leader of The Island Guys. Terrence has been playing keyboards and vibes professionally for over 20 years. He has performed throughout the US, and Canada and has played with many musical groups including; Earl Klugh, Les MCcan, Jimmy Mcgriff, Gloria Lynn, Tim Hewitt, Simone Vitale, Wendell Harrison, Kimmie Horne, and with legendary big band leader Craig Strain.

Percussion/Vocals
A native Detroiter now residing in Ypsilanti, MI Ray has been singing and playing percussion for over 25 years. His smooth vocals has been compared to such great artists as Lou Rawls & Luther Vandross. He has also appeared with the famous starlight trio as the opening act for many popular groups such as Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, Teddy Pendergrass, The Temptations, and more. Ray delivers an outstanding performance on stage and knows how to get the party going..
Lamar Woodall
Steel Drums/Sax/Vocals/Percussion
From Detroit, Mi Lamar Woodall is one of the most talented Steel Drum players around. He has performed with many steel drum bands worldwide including The world renowned Gratitude Steel Band. Lamar also performs on sax & keyboards and is the musical director at his church. A very dynamic and energetic player.
